Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Absolutely. Each bouquet you see on our website is photographed from the actual arrangements we create. We take great care to ensure that what you see is exactly what you receive in terms of color, design, and quality. Since our products are handcrafted, there may be very slight natural variations, but the overall look and elegance will always reflect the image you selected.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

How can I return an item?
